INNOVATIVE MACHINERY IN OPTIC INDUSTRY 4.0 FOR LIFTING BOATS

DESCRIPTION
The project, based on the POR-FESR 2.3.A.1 bis “Aid for investments and corporate reorganization and restructuring of SMEs” project, is aimed at the acquisition of a system for lifting boats from 20 to 26 meters in a perspective of technological transformation of the Shipyard according to the “Industry 4.0” model.
TARGET
Through this project, the company intends to expand the offer of its services and meet market demands (storage of boats up to 110 tons), but at the same time increase safety on site with innovative and reliable technological equipment.
RESULTS
By virtue of the latest generation technological features supplied to the system, the following results are expected from the realization of the project:
– Increase in production capacity with consequent increase in turnover;
– Optimization of handling operations and operator facilitation in the use of the vehicle;
– Optimization and reduction of energy consumption.
